An Anonymous writer once said “Music is to the Soul as Food is to the Body” and this was held true as Lagos stood still on Saturday, 29th of April at the Eko Hotel Convention Centre for the ‘Asa Encore; Live in Lagos’.

The lighting was mesmerizing, the stage was blazing with talent, the orchestra was on point, the band was amazing and then ‘Asa’ was the cherry that stood gracefully upon the cake.

The hall was filled to capacity and every naira spent was worth the while as song after song, the atmosphere was charged with the purity of good, live music. Souls were fed to the fullest point and we all can’t wait for next year’s edition.
